This movie is set release on september 11,2009.Producer speaking to the media regarding the movie "Shankam", is going to entertain the all the age(youth,old) of audience and for what is the need of blowing Shnkam you have to watch the movie.
Cameraman-turned-director Shiva directs the Gopichand-Trisha starrer Shankam which is jointly produced by Bhagavan and Pullarao under the banner of Balaji Cine Media.
Sathyaraj, a major star in Kollywood, is playing Gopichand’s father, while Chandramohan, Dharmavarapu, Ali, Venu Madhav, M.S. Narayana, L.B. Sriram, Raghunatha Reddy, Sitha, Rajitha, Sakunthal and Radha Kumari will be seen in supporting cast!!!
